The 10 acre land parcel was situated in Hull. The site was allocated as a dry port once being owned by ABP ports. The advisor identified a strategic land holding for repositioning. The advisor completed a range of feasibility, development and Investment appraisals along with preparing a comprehensive master plan and prepared detailed planning application for 250,000 Sq ft of residential development. The planning application creates a development with an estimated GDV of £55M.
The site with a planning approval for 250,000 Sq ft of Residential apartments, will increase the Residual Land Value.
