The 12 acre land parcel situated in the City of Doncaster in close proximity to the Retail hub. The site was previously occupied by a mixed tenure of office, retail, showroom, light industrial and car parking. The site was acquired after an in depth planning strategy review and subsequently a planning approval has been achieved for a mixed use scheme of 268,000 Sq ft comprising Retail, Office, Showroom and Car Parking . Further planning Re Positioning is under consideration for associated Retail, Leisure & Hotel use, which may have a total anticipated GDV of £170M.

The site was acquired in March 2016 for £1.45m with a successful planning consent and joint venture agreement, the residual land valuation may increase by 5x.
