The advisor completed a range of feasibility, development and Investment appraisals along with preparing a comprehensive master plan and detailed planning application which was approved for 110 apartments by the local planning authority. The planning application consisted of 100,000 Sq ft, the development had an estimated GDV of £20M.

The site was acquired via an option and achieved a planning approval for 100,000 Sq ft of Residential Apartments, the site was sold after increasing the Residual Land Value.
