The 11 acre land parcel situated in the City Centre of Hull. The site was allocated as a Football Stadium, Retail and Parking. The advisor identified a strategic land holding for re positioning. The advisor completed a range of development and Investment appraisals along with preparing a comprehensive master plan and detailed planning application which was approved for 250 homes by the local planning authority. The planning application consisted of 250 houses over 275,000 Sq ft the development had an estimated GDV of £55M.
