The advisor completed a range of feasibility, development and Investment appraisals along with preparing a comprehensive master plan and detailed planning application which was approved for Conversion to apartments and offices by the local planning authority along with a listed building approval. The planning application consisted of 16,000 Sq ft the development had an GDV of £3M.
