The team are expanding, a new office is set to open in Cheshire covering the Midlands, North West, Yorkshire, North East and Scotland. The office will focus on planning gain opportunities within the following Sectors.

The ‘Russell PBSA Portfolio’ we are assembling a key forward fund opportunity across several identified regional locations. The portfolio has a focused target of ten key sites within five strategic Cities that have a known structural deficit for PBSA accommodation. Each site will house between 300 – 500 student rooms per location.
If you are a key operator within the sector we would like to collaborate at an early stage of design as part of the future operation of the portfolio.

The glut of vacant property in secondary cities will provide strong double digit returns via rental income acting as first mover in such markets.
